U.S. and U.S. Virgin Islands Shipping
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 for all jewelry sets and necklaces. Free shipping for bracelets and earrings.
Orders will be shipped within 24 – 48 hours, Monday – Friday from the time of your purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Deliveries to the U.S. may take up to 3 days to arrive.
St. Thomas, Virgin Islands In-Person Delivery & Pick Up
St. Thomas residents can get their items in-person within 24-48 hours after purchase at no additional charge. They can be hand-delivered to you or you can pick them up. To schedule in-person delivery or pick up call or text me at (340) 626-1958. If I miss your call, leave a voicemail or text me and I will respond promptly. You can also contact me here.

In Stock Requests
If you are interested in any jewelry design in stock but would like it altered or changed in some way, provided the material(s) are still available, you will be able to make a special request for an additional fee.
Out of Stock Requests
If you are interested in a design that is currently out of stock, you can request a similar design or I may be able to duplicate it providing supplies are available. If supplies are not available I can order supplies and let you know the time frame before you purchase.

All designs are hand-made by the designer, one-of-a-kind. All designs are 100% made to perfection. Only high-quality materials are used to ensure the best experience with your jewelry. NO costume jewelry quality materials are used (i.e. beads that peal or brass that tarnishes). A lot of time and attention goes into selecting high-quality, durable materials for each design.
Before any shipping or delivery, each product will be re-inspected. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order (including damage during shipping), it may be returned for a full refund, and/or replacement. You will receive your full refund after the product has been returned and successfully received by the owner.
Shipping insurance is included at no additional cost to protect your jewelry as it ships to you. If your package gets lost in the mail, you will receive a full refund.
